Home / How it works

One system. Five parts that work together.

Most businesses buy these from five different companies and lose enquiries in the gaps between them. We build and run all five as one system, so nothing falls through.

The whole system in 60 seconds. Real screens from the software and Mac’s real voice.

Where the work goes

Three places jobs quietly slip away.

Most trade businesses aren’t short on effort. They’re short on a system. All three of these can be fixed.

  1. 01

Not enough of the right people find you

Either you’re not advertising, or you are and nobody can tell you what it’s bringing in. Spending $2,000 and “getting some calls” is guessing, not tracking.

  2. 02

The enquiries you do get go cold

You’re on a roof, under a house or driving. The enquiry comes in at 2pm and you see it at 7pm. By then they’ve booked whoever answered first.

  3. 03

    Admin eats your evenings

Quotes, invoices, follow-ups and chasing payments, done at the kitchen table after a full day. Hours every week that nobody pays you for.

The five parts

What each part does, and why it matters.

We build and run every part, and they all talk to each other. Here’s what each one does for you.

1The offer

We sharpen your offer first.

Most trades describe themselves the same way, so customers end up choosing on price. Before anything is built, we work out what makes you the obvious choice in your area and put it in plain words.

Why it matters: a clear offer makes every ad and every page work harder.

2The website

A website built to book jobs.

Made for phones. It asks what they need, how urgent it is and where they are, then takes the booking. Call and text buttons stay on screen, and any change you ask for is live within one business day.

Why it matters: the right questions up front mean no more driving out to jobs that were never worth it.

3The ads

Ads tracked to the dollar.

Facebook, Instagram and Google ads, aimed at your suburbs and your best-paying jobs. Every enquiry and every booked job is reported back to Google and Meta, so they learn who actually books and find more people like them.

Why it matters: you can see which ads bring in paying work, and the ads keep getting better at finding it.

4The call back

Every enquiry called back in five minutes.

Mac, our AI voice assistant, rings every new enquiry within five minutes, day or night, weekends included. He asks the right questions, books the job in the times you allow and writes it all up for you.

Why it matters: people usually book whoever calls back first. Mac makes sure that’s you, even when you’re on a job.

5Your CRM

Your whole business on your phone.

Leads scored out of 100, hottest first. Quotes and invoices sent from your phone. Card payments that mark the invoice paid by themselves. And nothing is sent without your OK.

Why it matters: less admin at night, and you only ring the leads worth ringing.

The first 21 days

From first call to first lead.

No mystery phases and no six-week wait. About 45 minutes of your time in total. Here’s the actual calendar.

  1. Day 0

    Free call

We look at your business the way a customer would, show you where enquiries are slipping away, and sharpen your offer. No charge and no obligation.

  2. Day 1

    You’re set up

Your CRM and client portal are ready within minutes of signing. No set-up call and no waiting on us.

  3. Day 2

    You fill in your details

Two short checklists from your phone: services, prices, areas and hours in the CRM, then licence, insurance, logo and job photos in the portal. About fifteen minutes.

  4. Day 3

    Your site draft is ready

A real site you can open on your phone, with the booking form already working. Not a mockup or a slide.

  5. Day 5

    Signed off, tracking on

Words approved, site live, and tracking set up and checked. This is the first time you pay anything.

  6. Day 7

Mac and your ads switch on

Mac starts calling back every enquiry within five minutes, set up with your trade, your areas and your prices. Your Google and Meta ads start the same day.

  7. Day 21

    Leads landing

The ads have learned who actually books. Scored enquiries land in your CRM, already called back.

Every month after that

We don’t disappear after launch.

The work keeps going until your calendar is full. Here’s what happens every month.

  1. 01

    A report every week

Spend, leads, cost per lead and booked jobs. One page, in plain English.

  2. 02

    Ads checked every day

Budgets, bids and audiences adjusted as the numbers move.

  3. 03

    Fresh ads every month

New ads written and swapped in before the old ones wear out and your costs climb.

  4. 04

    Hosting and security

We host your site, back it up and keep it secure.

  5. 05

    Any change in a day

New price, new service, new photo. Text it through and it’s live within one business day.

  6. 06

    A strategy call

Thirty minutes a month on what’s working, what’s next and whether the offer needs sharpening.

  7. 07

    Your pages keep improving

Headlines, buttons and questions keep being tested, so month six beats day one.

  8. 08

    The CRM keeps getting better

We build the CRM ourselves, so it improves every month at no extra cost. Your ideas go on the list.

Why you can trust us

It’s all in writing. Before you sign.

If you’ve been burned by a marketing company before, here’s how this is different.

  • “A lead” is defined

A real, contactable person in your service area. Not a bot, not a wrong number.

  • No lock-in, no exit fee

Leave whenever you like, with nothing to pay on the way out.

  • You own everything

Your site, your domain and your customer list go with you if you leave.

  • Your ad money stays yours

Paid straight to Meta and Google from your own card. No markup.

  • Price locked for 12 months

Written into your agreement. No surprise rise three months in.

  • A real Melbourne business

ABN 35 783 747 175. Check it on ABN Lookup.

Fair questions

Everything you’re about to ask.

Still wondering about something? Ask us on the call, or text 0481 569 453.

What counts as a “lead”?

A form submission from a real, contactable person inside your service area. Not a bot, not someone in another state, not a wrong number. If it isn’t that, it doesn’t count and your monthly fee doesn’t start. That definition goes in writing before you sign anything.

What does it cost?

$1,249 for the build, due once your site is live and you’re happy with it, then $579 a month, starting the day we hand you your first real lead. Ad spend is separate and paid straight to Meta and Google from your own card. Sign up in November and the build is half price: $625.

See the November deal

What do I need to spend on ads?

Ad spend is separate from our fee and paid straight to Google and Meta from your own card, so you’re never wondering what we took. The right amount depends on your job values and your area. We work that out on the first call and give you a realistic number, not a hopeful one.

What if I’m already busy enough?

Then this probably isn’t urgent for you, and we’ll say so on the call. Where it does help is when you’re busy but the work isn’t the work you want. We can aim the ads at higher-paying jobs, so you replace the cheap ones instead of adding to the pile.

Do I own the website?

Yes. It’s your domain, your content and your site. We look after the hosting while you’re a client, and if you leave, you take the site with you.

What if I already have a website?

Most of the time we replace it. A site built to be looked at and a site built to book jobs are two different things, and the ads need the second one on the other end of the click. If yours already brings in work, we’ll tell you on the call and build the booking page alongside it.

How long until leads start coming in?

Your site draft is ready on day three. It’s signed off with tracking working around day five, and on day seven Mac and your ads switch on. The ads usually finish learning around the three-week mark, which is when steady, scored enquiries start landing.

Who is Mac?

Mac is the AI voice assistant built into your system. We set him up with your services, prices, service areas and hours. He calls every new enquiry back within five minutes, asks the right questions, and books the job into your calendar in the slots you allow.

More about Mac

What if I want to leave?

You leave. There’s no lock-in period and no exit fee. We’d rather earn your business every month than trap anyone who isn’t getting value.

Are you actually in Melbourne?

Yes. Melbourne based and Melbourne run, with an Australian ABN and a local number. No offshore team and no overnight handover.

We’ll look at your business the way a customer would: where enquiries are slipping away, what your offer says about you, and what a month of properly run ads could look like in your area. No slide deck and no pressure.
